Yes. Cancellations and refunds follow Ritzy's Refund and Cancellation Policy, backed by our Zero Cancellation Promise.
Is my ride tracked for safety?
Yes. Every ride is tracked live with real-time GPS, monitored and insured, and the Ritzy app has an SOS safety toolkit.
Can I hire a driver monthly?
Yes. Choose “Monthly Booking” in the booking card, send your enquiry, and our team calls you within 24 hours to arrange a dedicated driver.

How do I become a Ritzy driver?
Simply register through the Ritzy Driver App, submit your required documents, and complete the verification process.
Which documents are required?
You'll need a valid Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account details, and any additional documents requested during onboarding.
Is there any registration fee?
No. Joining Ritzy is completely free. There are no hidden registration charges.
How do I receive my earnings?
Your earnings are transferred directly to your registered bank account according to Ritzy's payout schedule.
Can I work flexible hours?
